As with the Pilates Machine, this is another way that I
stay in shape… the Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells!
The weights adjust from 10 to 90 lbs. (5 lb. increments)
Easy-to-use selection dials for adjusting weights and
replaces up to 17 pairs of dumbbells.  The Stand is
solid and strong to hold the weights and is compact
for easy storage!  For exercise, choose the best to
stay in shape!
